Masia Bou
The farmhouses and dry stone borders have defined the Mediterranean landscape for many generations and have become a testimony to the way of life and traditions of the past. La Masia Bou is an 18th-century farmhouse, surrounded by vineyards, fruit trees and walls that protect and enclose the fields that were already cultivated by our ancestors. The stones of the Masia Bou and the surrounding vineyards are the silent witnesses of this history. This farmhouse is the birthplace of a cava made from the fruit of old vineyards, on plots that enjoy a diversity of microclimates as a result of their proximity to the coast and the altitude of some vineyards – up to 750 m above sea level. The Cava de la Masia Bou, elaborated by the traditional method, is characterized by the balance between acidity and cos, the pleasant carbonic sensation and the floral floral notes.
